Saint Luke Christian Day Care requires registration for each child that is a part of our program. Registration for the academic school year and our Summer Camp program are taken separately. Below you will find information on registering your child in our academic school year program.

Before and After School

New Families Registration

If you are a new family that has not previously attended Saint Luke Christian Care, please follow the steps below to register.

 

Returning Families Registration

Returning families are already registered in the Procare system. Please bring with you a copy of the following documents to register your child for the current school year.

  1. create an account with Procare.

  2. Bring original child’s birth certificate.

  3. Your child’s most recent physical.

  4. Bring with you a copy of the following:

    1. Payment form already filled out.

    2. Attendance Schedule Form already filled out: 1st Term and/or 2nd Term.

    3. Authorization Release Form.

    4. Hot Lunch schedule already filled out. (Optional)

  2. Authorization Release Form.

  3. Hot Lunch schedule already filled out. (Optional)

  4. Your child’s most recent physical if entering Preschool, Kindergarten or 6th grade.

Payment Information

Saint Luke Christian Care is billed through Procare system. Electronic payments are processed directly from a checking or savings account on the 15th of the month. Fees may be charged to a credit card for a 3% convenience fee. There are various payment options to select. Please review the enrollment form and select the option that’s best for you.

 
 

Summer Camp

Summer Camp New Families Registration

Summer Camp Returning Families Registration

Returning families are already registered in the Procare system. Please bring with you a copy of the following documents to register your child for Summer Camp.

  1. Create an account with Procare.

  2. Bring original child’s birth certificate.

  3. Your child’s most recent physical.

  4. Bring with you a copy of the following:

    1. Payment form already filled out.

    2. Summer Camp attendance Schedule.

    3. Authorization Release Form.

    4. Hot Lunch schedule already filled out. (Optional)

    5. If your child requires any medication during summer camp hours (6:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m) a medical release form must be signed by your doctor and the medicine must be in its original container.
